Women constitute 52 percent of the total population in Kerala compared with National average 48.18 % in 2017, but they are not enjoying their freedoms, equalities, privileges, on part with their male counterparts. Since the implementation of planning in Kerala, several policies and approaches were implemented to reduce inequalities between women and men. The status of women in Kerala is considering a serious matter.
